Chao-Tien (Cindy) Chang

Chao-Tien (Cindy) Chang is an Associate Professor of Law at the Graduate Institute of National Development, National Taiwan University. Her research interests include bioethics and law, law and technology, as well as law and aging. She earned her S.J.D. and LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, USA, and an LL.M. and LL.B. from the National Taiwan University. Prior to academia, she was a practitioner in Taipei, Taiwan and passed the New York Bar Exam. Besides publications written in Chinese, her works also appear in US law journals, including the Michigan Technology Law Review and the Wisconsin International Law Journal.
