Wendy Muircroft
Dr Muircroft is a full-time clinician at Waikato Hospital. She has an interest in research, and is a member of several clinical research groups studying end of life care and supportive care for patients with pancreatic cancer. She studied at the Department of Bioethics at Otago University, completing a Masters in Bioethics and Health Law. Principles from this course are applied to clinical practice on a daily basis, as the practice of palliative care and end of life care have frequent ethical challenges.
